Sahil Verma founded Prefabshala with a simple belief: construction in India doesn’t have to be slow, messy or unpredictable. Today, Prefabshala is a pan-India prefab construction company delivering labour colonies, site offices, staff accommodation, portable cabins, glass rooms, rooftop extensions and farmhouse cottages.
Sahil is an operator at heart. He stays hands-on with every part of the business, from product specifications and pricing to site execution and client relationships.
The story
Sahil saw the same problem again and again. Contractors lost valuable weeks setting up site offices and worker housing, and homeowners waited months for a single extra room. Conventional construction was slow, costly to manage and rarely finished on time.
Prefabshala was his answer. It builds factory-made structures using PUF, EPS and GI panels that go up in days, not months, and are built to last.
Philosophy
“Every structure we build is someone’s workplace, someone’s home, or someone’s business. It has to be right the first time.”
— Sahil Verma
Sahil runs Prefabshala on three principles:
- Calculate before you build. Every project is engineered, costed and validated before a single panel is cut. There are no surprises on site.
- Speed without shortcuts. Prefab is fast by nature, but quality of material and finish is never compromised to meet a deadline.
- Honest scope. Clients know exactly what is included, what isn’t, and what it will cost.
Its work spans large-scale workforce colonies and site offices for infrastructure projects, as well as premium rooftop suites, glass rooms and farmhouse cottages for private clients. See completed projects.
The vision
“Cold storage and warehouses are already factory-built. Institutional prefab is normal. Residential prefab is the space still lying open, and that’s where we’re going.”
— Sahil Verma
Sahil’s goal is to make Prefabshala a trusted pan-India name in prefab construction, for commercial sites and homes alike.
